We would like you to know that we gladly accept product returns, provided that the product is new and unused and you ship it within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to you.
Products must be delivered in their original packaging, unused, with original tags and accessories. Make sure that the product you return is in its original condition, including the product maintenance card, invoice and packaging (cardboard box, dust bag, belt, etc.). Otherwise we cannot accept your return and provide a full refund.
The responsibility for the process of reaching us for the product you want to return belongs entirely to the customer. After we receive your returned product, it may take up to 3-5 days for your refund to be processed, depending on your bank. Once completed you will receive an email confirmation of this. Refunds will be made using the payment method used to make the purchase. After we receive and process your return, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund to appear on your payment card statement. If your refund has not been transferred to your account, please contact your bank.
